Club Privé by Rixos Saadiyat Island Resort

Club Prive Rixos was a wonderful choice for a family getaway. The food was exceptional at both the club and the main restaurant, and every meal felt like a treat. The dedicated butlers were attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels, but the service here exceeded what I expected. Emrullah Sirmisi deserves special recognition for his caring attitude and commitment to guests. It’s a place where both parents and children can enjoy a memorable mix of relaxation and fun.

Our villa was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it suited a private family vacation perfectly. Ezz, Mahmoud and AKhram provided excellent service, while the restaurant staff were spectacular and the food was amazing. Our daughter especially enjoyed the kids club. Its 10am-10pm hours made it possible for us to have lunch or dinner while she had plenty of activities. The spa was also very nice, with very good therapists. We loved the stay and will definitely come back.

We chose Rixos Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi for my 40th birthday, but the stay was a major disappointment. Although we requested a birthday arrangement, the hotel organized nothing, which left us deeply dissatisfied. The staff seemed overwhelmed, service was slow and inattentive, and the food was only average, without the quality or variety we expected. Given the price and the region’s reputation for hospitality, this was among the worst experiences I’ve had in this price range. It was far from the luxurious, memorable stay we hoped for, and I would not recommend it.

The Club Villa at Rixos Premium Saadiyat was prepared for our anniversary, and we were welcomed with drinks from the moment we arrived. Karim at the Clubhouse deserves huge thanks for his careful attention, especially the memorable sushi tray he created for us. The food at both Turquoise Restaurant and the villa guests’ exclusive Clubhouse was exceptional. Our butlers, Ezzedine and Mahmoud, were available around the clock and gave excellent recommendations. The entire Rixos team made this a luxurious, unforgettable family stay and one of the best days of our lives. We’ll definitely return.
