Inside Dubai Opera, Belcanto has an elegant, romantic setting that made the evening memorable. The interiors are beautiful, the service is top-level, and the wine list is excellent. Live music added even more charm, while the fresh seafood was full of flavor. The chef’s dishes were impressive, authentic Italian food prepared with real finesse and passion. It’s a lovely choice for couples. I highly recommend it and plan to return with my husband.

This hotel genuinely deserves a 10/10. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a balcony view that made waking up each morning feel unreal. The beach was beautiful, with clear water and soft sand, and the pool area gave children plenty of room to play. The kids club was excellent too. Everything from arrival through departure felt smooth and warm. Breakfast and the other food were high quality, beautifully presented, and offered a huge variety. Every staff member was kind and welcoming. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman whose name I’m sorry I can’t remember exactly, possibly Boba. Chandi, Sabik and Ravi deserve special thanks for being so attentive and making the stay memorable. I also appreciated the water refill stations, the lack of single use plastic, the calm atmosphere at night, the easy access to taxis, and the fast, consistent daily housekeeping. We’ll definitely return. It’s a peaceful luxury beach holiday suitable for couples, families, or anyone else. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our 13 nights at the Jumeirah were magical, and we hope to return for another winter sun break. The beach was a major highlight. Locals I met during my walks said it was among the best in Abu Dhabi, possibly the UAE, with soft white sand and clear blue water that attract dolphins and turtles. We even watched a wonderful dolphin display from the hotel beach. Because the hotel is away from the western coast’s cluster of other hotels, it offered the peaceful setting we enjoyed. There were plenty of loungers by the beach and pools, and the staff kept everything in excellent condition, setting up fresh towels and bringing complimentary bottled water in cool bags. Many thanks to Raju, Amir, Sravan, Eddison and Satchin from the life guards team, and to Noel for the regular fruit and ice lollies. The bell desk team, especially Bonniface, Charles, Joseph, Tonny, Sai and Mayur, were also wonderful. They helped with luggage, greeted us at the beginning and end of our stay, remembered our names, and always welcomed us with a smile. We’ve stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, but this one stands out. From senior mangers to ground staff, there was a genuine positive “can do attitude.” Staff throughout the lobby, restaurants, bell desk, and beach made guests feel known and welcome, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Carla, Louise from the White restaurant, Eva, and other managers were hands on and made time to speak with guests during breakfast. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable holiday.

Mr. Mahmoud, who is in charge of the kitchen, prepared a world-class steak for my family, and we truly enjoyed both its taste and quality. Ms. Shaira, the table in charge, looked after us with highly professional service and made us feel valued. Staying and dining here was a special experience, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. I would highly recommend it.
