We were there on vacation last October. The apartment was lovely and spacious, and the building itself is beautiful. That view is unbelievable, and the gym is great too. The pool, unfortunately, was out of service while we were there. I wasn’t pleased with the reception staff. They weren’t very friendly or helpful. Our flight arrived in the morning, so we had to wait in the lobby until we could check into the apartment.

There used to be parking for delivery riders, but now it’s suddenly been taken away. How are riders supposed to work like this? If I get another order for this building, I’m cancelling it. Sorry in advance to the customer.

The location is good and security are friendly, but there’s mould and the building maintenance is poor.

I’ve lived here since March. The location is excellent, the gym is one of the best I’ve seen, and the reception and parking staff are friendly and helpful. Based on those things, I’d give it four or five stars. But I hope you never need apartment maintenance. The service is the worst I’ve experienced. It takes a week to get a repair quote and another week to register the payment. They’re also not straightforward about what work needs doing. There’s no transparency and no care for residents. Such a pity.
