Our arrival was disappointing because the valet did not approach us and nobody helped with the luggage from the car. The Club Room changed my impression, though. It was quite large and had a full window that made it feel more beautiful. What really convinced me that we had chosen the right hotel was Sir Allan. He was always smiling, approachable, and clearly cared about and valued the guests. Kudos to you Kuya Allan, I hope more staff follow your example. The overall experience was very good.

The hotel hosted our group of young athletes during a competition weekend in Abu Dhabi, and the overall service was good. Housekeeping sometimes needed two calls before bringing a requested item, possibly because occupancy was high, but when I asked who I was speaking with, they came fairly promptly. The food was okay overall, and the athletes seemed happy. We would have appreciated having the omelette station available for the entire stay instead of only the last two days. Basheer and his team took good care of us and helped serve a pre-purchased birthday cake for one athlete. Their efforts at breakfast and dinner for the coaches and athletes were very much appreciated.

The team at the Copthorne Hotel made our stay a wonderful one through their exceptional service. Mr.Sankar, the Duty Manager, was attentive and led the team well, making the experience memorable. rey,Bimala,Gyan also deserve recognition for being professional, friendly, and willing to go beyond what was required for guest satisfaction. Their courteous dedication reflects the hotel’s high standards. I highly recommend the Copthorne Hotel and look forward to returning.
