The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was included in the hotel price and was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Everything was fresh and generous, and sitting outside while watching the peacocks was lovely. The rooms need some maintenance, but at this price the value is very good. The crew and service were good too, and I’d return to Abu Dhabi and stay here again.

The giraffe view rooms are worth considering. Having a front porch for a quiet morning and views of the giraffes was a great part of the stay. Zoo tickets are included, and the staff took care of everything we needed. The rooms were clean and pleasant, the staff were great, and there’s plenty of parking on the property. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

Mr. Anwar handled our booking with excellent attention, from the initial reservation through our arrival. When we reached the resort, he looked after us very well and arranged the Best room, which helped make our anniversary stay enjoyable. This is a must-visit place for anyone who loves nature, animals, and unusual experiences in the UAE.

I wouldn’t call this a must-visit family escape. It’s quite far from the city and there aren’t many attractions inside, so we could spend hardly an hour there. The wildlife was disappointing, mostly livestock, with no exotic animals present. There are more major food stops than animal exhibits. The people were friendly, but the property didn’t offer enough to make the trip worthwhile.
