Dear Mr Adil, thank you for the care you put into the housekeeping during my stay at the Golden Tulip Down Town. The room was impeccably clean from the start, and you kept it orderly and inviting throughout my visit. The neatly arranged toiletries, well-made bed, and carefully placed amenities added a real sense of comfort. I also appreciated your warm smile, professionalism, and willingness to help with requests. When the room's air conditioning had a minor problem, you responded quickly, fixed it efficiently, and followed up to make sure everything was working and that I was comfortable. Your attention and dedication made my stay memorable. You are a credit to the hotel and the hospitality industry, and I hope your colleagues and supervisors recognize your work. I've stayed at this hotel twice already and think it's very nice. The swimming pool is great, and the kids had a lot of fun. Mr. Khalid, who works around the gym and pool, is very kind and has excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended.

The property and location are good, and the rooms are clean. Check-in itself caused very little trouble, but the staff attitude and explanations about in-house services were poor. Important details were not made clear at reception. For example, swimming in Abu Dhabi may not be possible before 6 or 7 pm, and by the time you arrive, it can already be closed. Please communicate these conditions clearly during check-in. The price changes by season, so I can't say whether it is expensive or reasonable. Overall, the main problem is hiding information from the client.

The in-room dining was very good, with decent variety, generous portions, and fair prices. Housekeeping and maintenance were also obliging and consistently checked that we had everything we needed. The concierge gentleman was pleasant and always ready to help. During my five-day stay, the gentleman at reception upgraded me to a Studio Room. It was spacious, very clean, and included a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and sink. I only wish cutlery and plates had been provided, although the necessary items were available on request. The TV did not work properly, but that barely affected us because we used our phones for entertainment. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable.
