Beach by FIVE was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable beach clubs I visited in Dubai. The house music and food were great, and the sunset view of JBR from the Palm was unbeatable. Evans and Chembe looked after me throughout, checked in often, and made sure I had what I needed with a genuinely positive attitude. Benson at the front was kind and kept my belongings safe, and Kingsley at the hotel entrance was just as welcoming and helpful. At FIVE Palm Jumeirah, the hotel was top-tier from start to finish. Everyone I met, from the elevator team to the front-of-house staff, was incredibly friendly. The cleaning crew was the best I’ve ever seen: my room was spotless every day, and they even folded my clothes. That attention to detail made the stay feel next-level. Outstanding hotel, great beach club, and staff who go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The reception team kept everything running smoothly. They were helpful, polite, and well coordinated, and the service was top-notch. FIVE Palm Jumeirah has an incredible party atmosphere, with energy and a vibrant mood day and night. Hats off to the whole team for such a great experience. Can’t wait to return!

The gym’s turnaround has been world class. It has great facilities and atmosphere, and I’ve had a blast going there on weekends. The classes are well structured for different fitness levels, and the instructors read the room well to make sure you enjoy yourself. Big shout out to Athena, Mazen, and Ross for their efforts. I’ll be back 💪🏼

This is one of our regular daytime spots for sun and a hangout. The pool has a fun party feel, and the music is always good. Food and drinks are tasty and arrive quickly, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Love this place!
