The buffet was one of the best parts of my stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, with generous portions, attractive presentation, and plenty of high-quality choices. The hotel itself has beautiful views, a prime location, and an elegant but welcoming atmosphere. Every area was carefully maintained, and the comfort showed in the details. Staff were attentive and professional throughout, creating a refined five-star experience. Highly recommended for a memorable Abu Dhabi stay.

The staff were the real highlight of our seven nights at the Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi in November 2025. Krischan Knoll quickly contacted housekeeping when my beloved necklace was left in our suite after checkout, and Sara Saleh, Guest Relations Manager, helped arrange its safe delivery after we had already been back in the uk for 2 days. Sara was always joyful to talk to and greeted us with a huge smile. That care, honesty, and kindness meant the world to me, especially because the jewellery was sentimental. The rest of the stay was outstanding too, from the location, views, food, pool, and amazing suite to the seamless welcome from the concierge and reception team. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve planned to return in 2026 for two weeks, and I look forward to thanking everyone personally when we come back in March. Warmest regards, Nicky & Stuart.

The large, nicely heated pool was well serviced, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with an outstanding bathroom and a view. We also appreciated being able to smoke on the balcony. During our 6-night stay, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the service consistently kind and available. The bars and lounges were well furnished, with a good range of wines ans cocktails. From the attractive lobby and beautifully designed rooms to the helpful staff, the hotel exceeded our expectations. BRENDA from the Pearl Lounge made afternoon tea especially memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back. "The Vikings"

Elle from the Philippines and Shaima from Egypt in the lobby deserve special mention. They looked after us wonderfully and made us feel at home. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast buffet, very friendly and attentive service, and a superbly equipped gym. Its entrance is impressive, the rooms are beautiful, and the bathrooms include many thoughtful details. The beach is relatively small, which is the only minor issue, but it was never crowded and we always found a sunbed straight away. We would be very happy to return.
