Nakhil Mall is only a five-minute walk away. Downstairs there’s Riva Beach Club, with a restaurant and pool bars, and the residence also has a private beach and pool. Amazing place on The Palm Jumeirah!

I waited more than an hour for a scheduled meeting with the building's OC, only for him to cancel with no apology or consideration. It showed a complete lack of respect for people's time. The building management is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing.
