Gravity Hotel

The team at Gravity Hotel, Abu Dhabi were courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, well equipped, and kept in good condition, while cleanliness was consistently up to a high standard. Everything went smoothly, making this a pleasant experience that I’d confidently recommend for business or leisure.

A clean, practical boutique hotel with excellent service, and a brilliant addition to Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. Gravity Hotel Abu Dhabi is in the Mohammed Bin Zayed area and works well for both business and leisure stays. The hotel has 73 modern, spacious rooms and suites, each with a flat-screen LED TV and satellite channels, while free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and public areas. The attached facilities include a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, which in-house guests can use free of charge. Massages cost extra. Complimentary valet and self-parking are available on site, and Abu Dhabi International Airport is about a 20-minute drive away. There are several dining choices. Radiance Café serves fresh coffee, tea, homemade pastries, and sandwiches. Al Renad Restaurant offers an international breakfast buffet from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM, and dinner from 07:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with room service available 24 hours. The location is also convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Dalma Mall, Mazyad Mall, and Capital Mall are around 5 km away. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is 9 km away, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre is 13 km away, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is about 16 km away, Yas Waterworld and Yas Mall are 17 km away, and Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit is 18 km from the property.

We were bitten by lice during the stay, which points to a serious lack of basic hygiene. After we complained, the hotel said an inspection had found no insects and claimed that a government hygiene bureau had checked the room. When we asked to see official documentation, however, they stopped responding and provided nothing. The bites were bad enough, but the statement about a government inspection was completely unacceptable. I found the hotel lacking in hygiene, transparency, and professionalism, and I strongly do not recommend staying here.

Gravity’s customer service was helpful, but Agoda was the worst part of the experience. If you book at Gravity, don’t use Agoda. I noticed my booking mistake within 10 minutes and immediately tried to cancel. Since Agoda had another third party between itself and Gravity, cancelling became extremely difficult. I sent emails, used the website, and called several times. Eventually I learned that Agoda wasn’t even communicating with Gravity. Once I explained the issue directly to Gravity, their team also tried to help cancel it from their side. I never stayed at the hotel, but I’m grateful for the help and customer service I received from Gravity. Agoda, though, is best avoided.
