The staff made us feel like special guests, whatever we needed. Raj at the concierge was especially nice, and the housekeepers and restaurant team were lovely too. Pratima in the restaurant and lobby lounge was so kind and friendly, as was the supervisor. I always got a welcome drink as well. The hotel has a great sauna and steam room, which is unusual for Dubai, plus a pool and an on-site spa with massage. The rooms were spotless, the food was fresh, and both were wonderful. This is the best hotel apartment I’ve stayed in Dubai, and I always want to come back. Honestly, I’d move here! Special thanks to Mr. Olwin, the general manager, such a nice and kind person. ❤️

Pratima looked after us at breakfast each day, took care of what we needed, and always did more than expected. The hotel apartment room was beautiful, and the staff were so kind and helpful.

Nice staff, and there’s plenty of free parking in the basement. My apartment was very clean and comfortable, with lots of space and not too much furniture. It had been upgraded to a one-bedroom, so I can’t say how large the studios are. The rear of the property doesn’t have much of a view. There’s not a lot in the area, so as a tourist I wouldn’t stay here without a car.

Stayed for a month and had a good time. It’s a nice, clean service apartment property, and the staff are friendly.

Lalit from housekeeping deserves a special thank you. He kept our room clean and comfortable and made sure we had what we needed. His kindness and help meant a lot during a difficult stretch. We were stuck in Dubai because conflict in the region was affecting flights, and the whole team was kind, professional, and supportive. We’re grateful for their care and hospitality. Highly recommended.
