InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi by IHG

The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Our flight got in during the early morning, so we were exhausted, but the staff welcomed us warmly and upgraded us to a balcony suite in the Residences. That was a wonderful treat after the journey. The suite was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The design and furnishings felt carefully chosen, the bed and linen were faultless, and everything was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the separate bath in the impressive bathroom. You can even see the sea from the toilet seat. The view was instantly calming, with mountains, waterways, the private beach, and even nearby building work that was discreet enough not to spoil it. A golf buggy takes guests between the main hotel and the Residences along part of the marina. Breakfast in the main hotel is a generous buffet with options for different tastes and special needs. My only complaints were that the hairdryer could not be plugged into the main bathroom, leaving me to use it in another room without a mirror, and a birthday surprise that was mentioned never appeared. Even so, the staff made this part of our UAE tour very special, and I would love to return.

The pool area is fantastic, with the sea right beside the hotel, and the location is excellent. Hamidu from housekeeping was especially helpful, so I want to thank him. It’s a very good hotel and one I’d happily recommend.

From the welcome onward, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible, especially mr.kamal concrete, who went above and beyond to keep everything comfortable for us.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed. Ivan and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and worked hard to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, but the area is still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and can’t wait to come back.
