Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the staff’s efficiency and courtesy continue to impress me. During this visit, a small room issue was handled incredibly quickly, and the team moved me to another room in a professional and seamless way. Every department provides first-rate service. It remains one of my favourite hotels in the world.

The M Lounge was the highlight of my stay at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, with a calm, refined setting, good food choices throughout the day, and impeccable service. It worked equally well for relaxing, meetings, or enjoying the view. The hotel overall combines comfort and elegance with genuinely welcoming hospitality. I especially want to recognize Saad Raef Ashmita for his kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and real care for guests. He went above and beyond to keep everything comfortable and smooth. I’d happily recommend the hotel in Abu Dhabi for business or leisure and hope to return.

The rooms were spotless, and the very comfortable beds and pillows made it easy to rest after exploring the city. I also liked the Malin+Goetz amenities, which added a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a daily highlight, offering fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of variety. The pool’s warm water made it enjoyable throughout the day, and the atmosphere of Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi felt welcoming without being intrusive. The staff were kind and attentive, while the overall setting balanced comfort, quality, and understated elegance. It was a relaxing and easy stay for pleasure travel.

We had a pleasant extended stay at Royal Meridien, largely because the staff were so welcoming, helpful, and gracious. Septi K at reception was especially warm, friendly, quiet helpful, and humorous, and we enjoyed talking with her. The dining staff were equally good during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while housekeeping was up to the mark. Thank you to everyone and to management for the good service.
