I found a bed bug sucking my blood and had to leave at 3am. After checking carefully, I found multiple bedbugs and immediately left to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. The company is not cooperating, so I will file a complaint with health authorities. Don’t rent here, don’t.

I chose this place because of the current war situation in the middle East. The team was consistently professional and genuinely helpful whenever assistance was needed.

I stayed in this apartment from June 20 to June 21 and found a major difference between the listing and the actual accommodation. Booking.com said there would be 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, but there was only 1 queen bed and 1 trundle bed. That caused considerable inconvenience for my group and felt like misleading, false advertising. When I raised the matter, the apartment representative was rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or offering a resolution, they responded with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude.

I booked Oasis 2 by Reportage Properties for two nights because I had training in Abu Dhabi and live in Dubai. When the training was canceled, they refused my cancellation and refund request, so I travelled there anyway rather than lose the money. The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The sofa was stained, the kitchen utensils and plates were filthy, and I could not bring myself to sleep there or use the dishes and cutlery. The lady responsible said, “we didn’t have enough time to clean,” even though check-in was at 4:00 PM and I had told them I would arrive at 6:00 PM. I left the same day and complained immediately, but received no support, solution, or refund. After travelling from Dubai, the experience was a complete waste of money and energy. For a company like Reportage Properties, this level of cleanliness and service is shocking. Customers deserve better, and anyone considering this property should think twice.
