Mourouj Hotel Apartments by Mourouj Gloria

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. This hotel offers a good price with the necessary facilities. Local restaurants and shops can apparently deliver straight to the hotel, which is useful. There isn't a breakfast facility on site, but breakfast is available at Al Nakheel hotel nearby at a discounted rate.

Very, very bad service. I booked the hotel for the 30th, but by mistake I reserved it on the 29th at 11:53. I called after one minute to ask for a change, and they told me to call the next day. When I called today, they said it couldn't be changed because I should have changed it yesterday. I wasted 300 AED. Please don't use this hotel. Big scammers 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I cancelled a 10-night booking as soon as I saw the room. The floor was so dirty that my socks went from white to black and stuck to it, and I spent more than an hour cleaning just enough space to walk. The streets outside are cleaner than the hotel floors. Several things were also broken or unusable. The shower rail was broken, the microwave didn't work, the bedroom TV's HDMI jack was damaged, and I couldn't connect my computer. Although the AC was supposedly central, it didn't cool every room, and the kitchen had no AC. Absolutely disgusting. I think the Mourouj owes me AED 300 for the time I had to spend cleaning. Horrid, disgusting, worst ever. Russ

This was a very bad experience. The hotel was extremely dirty, the service was poor, and the reception staff behaved in an inappropriate and disrespectful way. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there. The worst part was finding a valet attendant asleep inside my personal car. I filed a complaint at the police station. I had come to have fun, but the whole experience was boring and disappointing.
