Ramee Rose Hotel

Dear Management, I stayed at Ramee Rose Hotel (Dubai Internet City), and it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life for hygiene, safety, and basic hospitality. I’m 31 and have stayed in many hotels, but I haven’t seen standards this poor. There was no timely room cleaning most days until 3-4 PM unless I called repeatedly. Yet on the only day I went out for 2 hours, the room was cleaned without anyone informing me. When I returned, the wardrobe had been opened and items that had been outside were put inside. That was a serious violation of privacy and trust. Housekeeping has no right to open storage and move belongings without clear permission. I also saw a housekeeper use a pillow cover or white cloth brought from another room to clean the bathroom floor. That’s completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I handed housekeeping a visibly dirty glass and asked for a replacement. The worker said, “Hum chemical se clean kar dete hain, saare glasses aise hi rakhte hain” (we clean everything with chemical and put it back). Reusing dirty items and calling it chemical cleaning is unsafe and disgusting. I told the manager at night. He listened and said he understood, but there was no visible action. The next day the same housekeeper came to clean as if nothing had happened. Instead of properly apologizing, he defended himself by saying the pillow cover or cloth was new and that they clean glasses with napkins. This suggests the staff don’t understand hygiene standards. Breakfast was uncomfortable too. The manager or kitchen staff openly scolded employees in front of guests. It felt like a fight in the restaurant, with arguments and shouting while people ate. That ruined the mood and showed no professionalism. Basic hygiene, privacy, and hospitality were missing. Linen used on bathroom floors, dirty glasses reused as “chemical cleaning,” guest belongings moved, staff shouted at in front of diners, and cleaning delayed unless I kept calling. If rooms and utensils are handled this way in front of guests, I don’t want to imagine what happens behind the scenes. I’m sharing this because it’s serious. I hope you take strict action, retrain staff on hygiene and privacy, and review housekeeping practices immediately.

The sports bar staff on floor M were really nice and helpful. Nandita Karishma and Jenny did great work, and the cleaning guys did an excellent job too!

Akash and Taruna were especially helpful and professional. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great experience at the hotel, and the staff showed excellent hospitality.

The bathroom cleanliness was the worst part, though the food tasted awful too. At breakfast, when I asked for water, they handed me tiny shot cups and a shared bottle everyone used. I’m disgusted by how bad the standards were, with no hygiene, professionalism, or service. I’ll never stay here again.
