Murjan Asfar Hotel Apartments

After spending more than a year at Marjan Asfar, I feel I had plenty of time to judge the hostel, and my experience was very positive. I felt safe, the rooms were clean and pleasant, and everything worked properly. Whenever something did go wrong, it was repaired quickly. The staff were the best part. Ms. Shala was kind and helpful, and Soko and Mohammed were wonderful as well. Thank you to Marjan for such a good experience. I recommend choosing it.

The apartments are spacious, clean, and full of natural light because the windows let in plenty of sunshine. I stayed for three months, and the service was top notch throughout. Whenever I asked for something, they helped. Everyone was kind, friendly, and understanding, especially with my quite rowdy kids, and nobody gave us trouble about them. The apartment manager was always ready to assist with whatever we needed.

The hotel is good, but the swimming pool has been out of service for two months and still hasn't been fixed. That's frustrating.

My three-year stay was smooth and comfortable because the Murjan staff were so responsive. I especially want to thank Challa and Suk, along with Gabriela. The hotel was consistently clean and quiet. Whenever a problem came up, it was handled quickly and properly.
