The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and comfortable every day, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and ready to help. We felt welcome from the beginning and truly enjoyed the stay. The one thing I would change is the food selection at breakfast and dinner. More variety would improve the dining experience. Everything else was outstanding, and we would be happy to return.

This was a relaxing family stay, and the hotel is especially suitable for children, with plenty of activities and amenities for them. The room had everything we needed, the food was very good, and the staff were warm, accommodating, and friendly. Mr. Rohit from Reception made check-in easy and explained the hotel amenities clearly. Chitra from Mozaique Restaurant also gave us excellent assistance during our meals. We highly recommend the hotel for families.

Clint, Wahwah, and Xiebel gave us outstanding service and made my husband's and my dining experience feel very special. Their warmth and professionalism were memorable, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The admitting process was smooth and efficient too. The runners were incredibly fast whenever I needed help, and one of them was very polite, though I forgot to ask his name. The teamwork was excellent, and I would gladly return.

The resort is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a lovely atmosphere, but the staff are what made the stay memorable. Xiebel was always smiling, helpful, and quick to take care of anything we needed. His friendliness and attention to detail stood out throughout our visit. We had a warm experience at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa from beginning to end. I would happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Fujairah.

Ms. Wawa and Ms. Aisha both contributed greatly to a very enjoyable stay. Ms. Wawa kept checking on us, made sure our needs were met, and did it all with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Her attentiveness, dedication, and warm hospitality were especially appreciated. Ms. Aisha was professional, friendly, and helpful as well. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent service. We look forward to returning.
