The building’s maintenance is awful. There’s a constant smell in the toilets, but instead of checking the rotten pipes, the team’s solution is to let the water run. The lifts suddenly stop working, and the ACs don’t work properly either. The place has got too old, and the maintenance team doesn’t seem to know how to manage it.

We’re unfortunately still living in this apartment. It’s big, but the building is noisy, with thin walls that let us hear neighbours above, below, and beside us, as well as nearby construction. The AC isn’t strong enough to keep mold away, and our bedroom ceiling is covered in it. The finishings are poor and old. I don’t recommend this tower at all.

In Cluster V of Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, V3 Tower is a 39-storey residential building overlooking JLT Lake. It has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, plus covered parking, elevators, security, and fitness options.

A quiet place to live, and the view from the top, around the pool, is amazing. For JLT, it’s one of the best towers for building quality and service.
