The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff kept the service friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, with enough variety to make the experience enjoyable. Service was prompt but never felt hurried, which made it easy to relax. Ms.helen rio also deserves thanks for giving us assistance. This restaurant added a pleasant part to our hotel stay.

We celebrated our son’s 7th birthday at Novotel on 25th Jan 2026, and the event turned into a very memorable day. Our guests especially loved the food, which felt like a feast, and the interior was neat, clean, and very attractive. The location was convenient for everyone as well. Mr.Jerin, the event manager, handled the arrangements from beginning to end and showed us kind hospitality throughout. We were very happy with how everything came together and would recommend Novotel for parties. Thank you, Seemakiran.

The convenient location, close to major attractions, was another good part of my stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and willing to help.
