Luxury 2BR in Merano Tower Stunning City Views

The interaction with Abdullah, the security guard from Almufeed Security outside Merano Tower, was very disappointing. I respect building rules and was willing to comply. As I told him, the requirement itself was fine; the way it was communicated wasn’t. He became increasingly disrespectful instead of speaking politely or helping calm things down, turning a simple matter into a frustrating one. On a few previous occasions some time ago, I also personally saw parking payments collected in cash rather than through a machine or official method, which made me uncomfortable about the process. I later came across other reviews mentioning similar concerns, which is disappointing. Security staff should be professional, courteous, and transparent. I hope the company reviews its customer service standards and addresses these issues.

From a high floor, we can barely hear traffic, and the canal view at night is excellent. The building feels sturdy and the common hallway is clean. Pest control was carried out after tenants received an email or letter. Traffic congestion has also improved since last year; we used to live in Zada Tower, next to Merano Tower. Reception and security have been professional and helpful with our move-in. Registering our car for plate recognition through the damac living app was easy, and maintenance handled our minor requests on the same day. So far, we’re satisfied with the service.

I lived at Damac Merano for at least 11 months. It’s in Business Bay, near Burj Khalifa and supermarkets just a few minutes’ walk away, and it connects to the main city. The area is a business hub, though the roads can get very busy at times. Rooms are okay for one person, and there are also two- and three-bedroom suites. I’d give it 4/5, one of the best residential towers in Business Bay.

Even as a tenant who has paid everything due, I have to bother the unit owner or landlord to email Damac just to let my son visit. The Damac App is useless in this building because requests still depend on that email. Other Damac buildings acknowledge requests through the app. This is one of the worst buildings I’ve experienced for the way people are treated.
