From the moment I arrived, Gouri at the reception was welcoming, attentive, and professional. She handled everything efficiently with a smile, and her friendly, helpful manner made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She made me feel truly valued as a guest. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3, even though we’d booked two rooms two weeks earlier. We checked in at 5, which made for a bad start. We had asked for connecting rooms for four people and understood they might not be available, as the receptionist explained. Later, someone staying long term next door complained about our noise at 6 p.m. and again at 11 a.m. We booked a hotel expecting some comfort and freedom, so that affected our stay. The bathrooms were dirty and didn’t have basics like shampoo or shower gel. Please improve the service.

The bar noise and music carried on until about 4 a.m., so I couldn’t sleep at all and my stay was ruined. I’d booked online and specifically asked for a quiet smoking room, but on arrival the receptionist said the only smoking room left was beside the bar. I asked whether there was anything farther from the noise and reminded him of my request, but he said there wasn’t another option. He also seemed unwilling to help find a solution. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful stay or decent customer service.

I’ve stayed here several times and really love this hotel. It’s in a great spot, close to everything, and the service is amazing. Everyone who works here is so nice.
