Paragon Hotel Apartments

The friendly Filipina front desk staff made check-in and basic requests easy, and the room was large, comfortable, and fairly priced. Free parking and the nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and cafeterias were also convenient. The main drawback was a persistent spice smell coming from outside. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it made the room feel less fresh during our two-night stay. Since it was winter, I turned off the AC after noticing that it seemed to spread the smell indoors. The rest of the room was clean, so better ventilation could make this a stronger short-stay option. Overall, decent value with a noticeable room odor.

I stayed for about a week with my family in two rooms on the 7th floor, and the management and communication were very poor. Requests were delayed or handled badly. I asked to change rooms because of the problems, and although staff said they would arrange it, nothing followed, no solution and no update. Housekeeping was also unacceptable. Bedsheets were changed only sometimes, towels were often missing or not clean enough, and other basic items were forgotten. In the bathroom, the sink drained so slowly that water remained like a pool. The shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted properly. Even the extra blanket felt old and uncomfortable. The service, cleanliness, and maintenance were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless management seriously improves its standards.

This was my third stay, and once again the people here were genuinely supportive from check-in through check-out. The reception team always welcomes guests with a smile, while the security, reception, and housekeeping staff are all superb. The apartment is equipped with daily essentials and kitchen vessels, so it feels like having your own house in your own country. We stayed for 7 days, and everything was perfect. I can’t wait to return and see everyone again.

Even for a one-day stay, Paragon Hotel left a great impression. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and furnished nicely, while the staff were attentive and friendly. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, luxurious stay.
