I regret buying an apartment here. After only three months, I’ve found Deyaar Community Management unprofessional and ridiculous. The pool never cools down, despite repeated reminders and emails. The barbecue area requires a 1,000 AED deposit to use, more than dinner at a 5-star hotel. The rules feel absurd: you can barbecue but not smoke a cigarette, and you can’t use the jacuzzi while barbecuing. It’s one or the other. There are charging sockets in the electric car parking, but they’re “not operational.” Those amenities were a main reason I bought here, and they’ve turned out to be useless. Management either ignores my emails and reminders or sends silly replies that solve nothing. Nobody calls back, except when it’s time to collect the quarterly service charges, which are ridiculously high for the value provided. Living here feels like being in prison, with permission needed for every little thing. Deyaar Community Management seems to care only about collecting money, not service or maintaining the promised facilities. The building has empty promises, fake facilities, and needless restrictions. Save yourself the headache. Dubai has much better communities run by more professional companies.
