Damac Paramount One bed

The apartment had no hot water, which made the stay unacceptable, especially on New Years Eve. The lounge TV was also very limited, with no Netflix or modern smart TV compatibility, and the master bedroom TV had no internet at all, so it wasn't usable for work or entertainment. We asked Maria to arrange an engineer for that problem. When we arrived at Apartmend D Block 3007 (D3007), DAMAC PARAMOUNT BUSINESS BAY, no receptionist was on duty. We immediately contacted Maria from Almass Holiday Homes, who said she'd reach the property. It took close to forty five minutes for a bellboy to arrive and help with our luggage. That was an early sign that the service was lacking. With the delayed assistance, poor service, missing basic amenities, and no hot water, we asked Almass Holiday Homes for urgent technical support and a partial refund. The stay fell short of the comfort and quality we expected.

We manage a unit in this building as a holiday home. We took it from an empty apartment to generating cash flow in less than a week, taking care of the listing, pricing, and the full guest experience from start to finish. Unlock your home’s earning potential, inst @staywithvayk

From arrival through departure, the valet team keeps things running smoothly. They bring vehicles promptly, keep the area orderly and safe, and treat both guests and staff with courtesy. Even at peak times, they stay calm and handle each car carefully. Their professionalism and consistent effort make a strong first impression. Thank you for the hard work.

I stay at paramount Damac towers and go to work every day. The valet team is there 24 hours and treats people really well. They get my car to me in 5 minutes. Special thanks to kashif and mirza and nar and makhan and ghaghan, the whole team is the best.
