Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain, restaurants, and cafes were all within walking distance, and the pool, gym, and shared areas were clean and well managed. The building felt quiet and upscale even though the area around it was lively. Check-in went smoothly, security was excellent, and the staff and building management were friendly, professional, and helpful. Our apartment was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, with a comfortable, spotless feel that made it seem like home. The view of Burj Khalifa and the skyline was stunning, especially in the evening. Being right beside Burj Khalifa in the heart of Downtown Dubai was hard to beat. Special thanks to Preet Cheema Ssidhufor for working so hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

You can watch the light show from your room, which was great. Dubai Mall and the wings of Mexico are within walking distance, and the place also gives you access to all of Burj Park by Emaar.

Our booking agency made a big difference. We stayed with Elite Royal Apartments, so this review is about them. The three-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We felt at home. The direct view of the fountains and Burj Khalifa from the 17th floor was the highlight. Every night from 9-11 pm we watched the fountains, so I’d clearly recommend this location if the view is what you’re after. One thing to know: the air conditioning made the apartment very cold when we arrived, around 15-17 degrees celsius. Even after we turned the whole system off, it took three days for the temperature to reach a comfortable 22 degrees. Outside it was a pleasant springlike 22-25 degrees. It might be good to ask guests before they arrive whether they want the place so cold :)
