The first year here was great for me, but the last half has been much less so. I’ve especially appreciated my balcony city view, which looked prettiest after the rain. There’s a small park beside the building for pet owners to take short walks, and kids can use the playground. It’s pet-friendly, with a mini grocery store, pharmacy, laundry, and several food outlets downstairs. The common areas and residential floors are generally clean, even though some tenants don't dispose of waste properly. Amenities include a pool, mini basketball court, BBQ area, and gym. Security is there 24/7, follows a lot of protocols, and does a good job monitoring safety and residents' concerns. The biggest issue for me is the noise. Soundproofing is poor enough that I hear neighbors’ TVs, parties, drilling, renovations, arguments, toilet use, and other everyday activities. Construction nearby also takes away the peace and leaves persistent dust on the parking area, balcony, and cars, which get dirty quickly even after washing. Non-emergency requests can take days or weeks. The maintenance work itself is acceptable, but getting a response and a visit takes longer than expected. There’s also a serious pigeon problem in the parking area, especially P1. Droppings are common, sometimes all over the parking paths and on your car. The gym is small and overcrowded after work, so it’s hard to use, and you may be better off going to a proper gym if you really want to work out. The jacuzzi wasn't working during the past year I was a tenant, and I don't know if or when they'll replace it or bring it back. Scheduled fire alarms happen, but there are also unpredictable ones, even late at night. Studios are small, chiller fees and gas are extra on top of rent, and the building is aging. In my opinion, the current rent doesn't match the overall quality compared with newer nearby buildings. There are nicer places, but in the end it’s up to you.
