The room was spotless and comfortable, and housekeeping missed nothing. The front desk team was kind and accommodating from beginning to end, while the buffet offered delicious, well-prepared choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location was convenient too, relatively close to the tourist attractions I wanted to see. Nour, the technician, deserves special mention for replacing the TV immediately and making sure it worked properly. He was kind, easy to talk to, and handled everything efficiently without a long wait. The pleasant room and smooth service made this a fantastic stay, and I’d happily return.

Pearl Rotana Capital Centre was in a quiet and convenient location, with cafés, restaurants, a bank, and a bus stop nearby. Several taxis were always outside, and the airport was about a 25-minute taxi ride away, costing approximately 70 AED. A Hafilat card is needed for the bus. We appreciated being allowed to check in early at 9:00 AM and settle into our large twin room on the 8th floor. It had a pleasant marina view, comfortable bedding, strong WiFi, effective AC, thick towels, bathrobes, and good toiletries. The only small issue was the glass bathroom wall, since its light could wake a partner at night. We didn’t have time to try the pool or hotel-organized tours, but we enjoyed the two-night stay and would return. The service was polite and courteous.

The rooftop pool was warm, very clean, and had a lifeguard, which made it especially enjoyable. I also loved the service, the clean hotel, and the friendly, helpful, informative staff. Etihad Airways gave me two complimentary nights, and the 24-hour check-in meant I received my room right away. I added breakfast, which was delicious. There’s also a shuttle to Yas Mall at 10 AM and an evening shuttle back from the mall. Highly recommended.

Every part of the hotel was clean and beautifully scented, and the staff were consistently kind, professional, and smiling. Breakfast and dinner offered a varied range of delicious dishes, while the pool on the 20th floor was another highlight. Basanti and Kabita R cleaned my room every day, with Abdul Karim handling the service alongside them. They all looked after the room very well. I’d certainly return to this hotel if I come back to Abu Dhabi.

Pearl Rotana felt like home during our four-day stay. My sister and I found the staff incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, often anticipating what we needed. The room was very clean, the whole hotel smelled wonderful, and we felt safe throughout the visit. The breakfast buffet had excellent quality and a wide variety of choices. Special thanks to the entire team for the outstanding work they do. Pearl Rotana made our holiday perfect, and we’ll definitely come back.
