The elevators are always busy, and there are cockroaches everywhere, even on the stairs. The building is old and has no maintenance. One of the worst residential apartments in UAE.

Cockroaches are everywhere, and we see them every day. Pest control hasn't helped at all. The garbage rooms are infested, and roaches literally fall on your head as soon as you open the door. The corridors stink of garbage, and when the AC is off, the bathrooms start smelling of sewage. This is a horrible place to live. Please avoid it.

A great place for family living, with good facilities like a swimming pool, child play area, and gyms. It has nice security, basement parking, and good views.

I'm stuck in the building basement, and the cars haven't moved for half an hour. This has happened before. If it keeps happening, we'll move out. Fix the parking traffic.

It's soothing, calm, and peaceful, and a good place to live in Dubai. But there are insects and cockroaches everywhere, and the building needs a proper clean. We decided to move out ourselves. Management should take action.
