Everything you need is just minutes away, with Nakheel Mall nearby for convenient shopping and dining. The Shoreline residential area feels peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, with 24/7 security that helps residents feel safe. Residents also have private beach access, plus an exclusive beach club. There’s a well kept swimming pool and park for families and children. The natural views are breathtaking, and the quiet surroundings make it a truly calm place to live.

The biggest problem for us has been how clearly we can hear the upstairs neighbours. Regular flat renovations happen too, though that's Dubai. Shoreline is a nice area, but the buildings are getting old. The AC needs deep cleaning regularly or it gets moldy and leaks, especially in summer. Water pressure and temperature can be unpredictable. There are roaches and ants, and I always get nervous going near the garbage shoot, haha. Regular pest control keeps them under control inside the flat.
