My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Downtown was comfortable from start to finish. The hotel was consistently clean and organized, and housekeeping kept the room spotless and ready each day. Reception was welcoming, helpful, and professional as well. Simon, Maya and Suboor deserve special thanks for their kindness and attentive service. The whole team showed real dedication and made the experience a very positive one. I’d gladly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were fresh, clean, and well looked after, which made the stay very comfortable. More than that, the staff were genuinely impressive, with professional service and excellent hospitality throughout. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely return. It won’t be my last visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I stayed at Ramada Hotel last Saturday and found the property well maintained, with excellent service and a pleasant overall experience. A few changes could make it even better. The rooftop pool is nice, though a larger one would be better. A changing room close to the pool would also be very useful, and two or three soft drink stalls on the rooftop could improve the guest experience. One room also had water leaking in the washroom, which needs to be dealt with. Even with those points, I enjoyed the stay and appreciated the team’s efforts.

The location is a big advantage, with Abu Dhabi Mall nearby and Galleria mall within walking distance. By taxi, Corniche is only about 15 mins away. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, clinics, and hospitals around the hotel. The facilities include a pool, gym, sauna, and spa, plus 2 bars on the 10th floor. The 10th floor! ;)

Even though I arrived early, reception arranged for a room to be ready within an hour, and I was able to have a nice breakfast while waiting. That was a very welcoming start. The room was quiet, clean, and at a perfect temperature when I entered. The staff made sure I felt comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada hotel.
