The pool and beach service were a real highlight. The loungers were extremely comfortable, and the soft bath towels made us feel wrapped in a cocoon. We also appreciated having a helpful, kind coach who paid attention to our wishes during the sports activities. Even with the alerts, explosions, and anxiety outside, the staff kept smiling and stayed focused on our well-being. Their professionalism and kindness were remarkable. The all-inclusive meals also felt more like lunches and dinners at fine bistronomic restaurants than standard resort food. I’ve stayed in palaces and major luxury hotels while travelling, but this resort exceeded those experiences for us. Congratulations to the entire team and to the managers. We’ll come back, that’s a promise!

The daily activities made this holiday much more enjoyable. We could join aqua gym, beach volleyball, football tournaments, yoga, or even mini golf in the evening, so there was always a good choice between relaxing and staying active. Liza and Anna from the entertainment team kept encouraging people with their smiles and friendly attitude. My wife and I came for a break from work and enjoyed every day. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the food was tasty, with a lot of variety at the buffets. We’d definitely return.

The staff turned our three-night wedding stay at Saadiyat Rotana Hotel into something truly memorable. Five functions were held across the well-kept lawns and elegant ballroom, with excellent food, impressive décor, and outstanding hospitality. When my daughter had a medical emergency, Director of Rooms Mohammed Baku, Night Manager Ahmad Ali, Security Manager Bertanl Dounia, and their teams showed remarkable concern and followed up with genuine care. We’re deeply thankful for their support. The beach property, around five years old, is beautiful, but the warmth and energy of the people are what make it extraordinary. For us, Saadiyat Rotana deserves 7 stars and beyond.

Arun at the pool bar deserves special recognition. His service was attentive and professional every time, as was the work of the team supporting him. Lahiru at the Beach Bar and Restaurant also looked after my wife and me wonderfully, although the generous drinks needed to be treated with respect! Isaam, whom we often saw during breakfast and evening service at Sim Sim, was charming and always made us feel welcome. The gardeners, housekeeping staff, and many others also kept everything running smoothly, greeting us warmly whenever we passed. We had worried about visiting a family resort during half-term, but the comfort, adult-only areas, restaurant choices, and genuinely kind welcome quickly put those concerns aside. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we relaxed almost immediately. Thank you to the whole team during these challenging times in the Middle East. We’ll miss you.
