I spent 4 nights here and found the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The room condition and cleanliness were below expectations, and the services didn’t meet basic standards. I hope management improves the facilities and service quality.

I got to the hotel late and still had to wait for my room. Once inside, I found a bad smell, a dirty bathroom bin, and bugs in the bed. I couldn’t sleep all night. I paid for a room and have never come across that level of uncleanliness elsewhere. In the morning, it took five calls to get dental kits. The service was totally unacceptable. Worst hospitality ever. I won’t return or recommend this place.

I stayed for 10 days, but it was uncomfortable throughout. There were bed bugs, so I couldn’t sleep well, and the toilets were unclean. The showers were broken and never repaired, the TV didn’t work, and there were no dental kits. The lift wasn’t working properly either. It felt like a 2 star hotel, and that’s the rating I’m giving it.

Dirty towels and bed sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed before my stay added to an awful experience. The AC didn’t work properly, the room had bed bugs, and when I brought it up, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
