The shared facilities are a big part of why I chose to live in Lago Vista, but they've been a constant disappointment. The tennis court is booked for the whole month even when it's empty, so you can't make a new booking. The indoor play area has been closed for maintenance since March, and the steam room, or sauna, has been under maintenance for over a month. The swimming pool is very dirty, and I've never seen it cleaned properly. Security staff, including the supervisor, have a bad attitude. I asked about the tennis court being booked while nobody was playing and requested a key. They refused, even though it sat empty from 7 pm to 10 pm. The supervisor seems to let certain people play without bookings, so it feels like some residents are favorites. Lago management, please address this before tenants start moving out. Ask security to treat everyone fairly and respectfully. The app should also let security check who has booked facilities and include tenants' phone numbers, so if someone doesn't show up, another resident can use the space.

Tower B is the best. It's a safe, secure, family friendly place, and the location is posh, just minutes from Global Village, Marine Drive, and Burj.

I've lived here for six years, and it's a lively community with an easy way in and out. There are plenty of commercial places on the ground floor. The amenities are great too, including a very large pool, barbecue area, kids' playground, gym, and sauna on P1. Visitor parking is available on P3 for a fee. It's an excellent place to live.

Loams the luxury management keeps getting negative reviews about security, but they haven't taken action. The guards are always rude, and parking security makes the traffic worse. They don't seem to manage their security staff at all.

“Emergency Building Maintenance” was no help. We reported the kitchen and bathroom drains overflowing from 3 pm. They vacuumed up the water, but it came back a few minutes later. By 11 pm there was still no fix, so our landlord's maintenance team temporarily sealed the drain because building maintenance didn't know what to do. A few minutes after everyone left, the washing machine drain overflowed too, and water started collecting in the bathtub. At 12:20 AM my husband was bailing the tub by hand. They told us to wait until 8 AM the next day. I hope this doesn't happen in your flat.
