Tulip Al Barsha Hotel Apartment

The staff, management, and cleaners are consistently friendly, respectful, and helpful. The cleaners did a good job and were always tidying my room. I keep choosing this place whenever I’m in town, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Its Al Barsha location is especially convenient for sightseeing, right by MOE and about a five-minute walk from Mall of the Emirates. Carrefour, international brand stores, and the metro are nearby. My room was clean and spacious, with the amenities I needed, including an oven, kitchenware, washing machine, toaster, and electric kettle. It’s comfortable and good value for the location.

The management, including Mustapha, treated me with respect and were humble and friendly. The cleaners, especially Samtokh and Rusthi, kept my room clean, and the rest of the team did too. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with what I needed. The staff made me feel at home, and the location works well for sightseeing. I’d recommend this Dubai hotel.

The hotel apartment was well maintained and managed, and felt worth the money. Everyone, from the bell desk to reception and housekeeping, was polite, welcoming, and attentive. Being away from home felt easy because the team made the place warm and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Maaz and Belldesk Mr. Ahmed for their kindness, professionalism, and support. Their service really added to the stay. I’d happily choose this place again and recommend it.

The hotel manager took no accountability, saying the problems weren’t their responsibility. There was no compensation at all. We were moved between two different rooms, and both washing machines were broken. The apartment flooded, our clothes were covered in sand or something similar, and the hair dryer was broken. Staff tried to help with the laundry, but they put the wrong clothes together on the wrong program, and some items were damaged. The worst hotel stay ever.
