The location made this stay especially easy, with the family beach about a 15-minute walk away and the shopping centre roughly 10 minutes away. We didn’t need transport for either. Breakfast had enough variety to keep mornings from feeling repetitive, and having the gym and swimming pool included was a great way to balance out holiday indulgence. The staff remained professional throughout. Some interactions were warm and attentive, while others felt more routine, but everyone was generally pleasant and helpful. Three nights here made for a comfortable stay in a very convenient spot.

Daya Ram made a real difference during my stay at Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel. He was consistently attentive at both breakfast and dinner, keeping everything well arranged and making guests feel welcome. His kindness, professionalism, and ongoing support added a personal touch. Mr. Abd Elbagi at reception was the reason the service felt so memorable. He was professional, kind, and genuinely willing to help, always with a warm smile and positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, giving it a home-away-from-home feeling. From the atmosphere to the hospitality, the stay exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.

Ms Wissal at reception gave us a very welcome surprise by upgrading our room for FREE. We hadn’t expected it, and the new room was large and spacious with all the amenities we needed. Because it was New Years Eve, we could also enjoy the fireworks, with the corniche less than a 5-minute walk away. The service was good in every aspect, and the whole stay felt amazing. Special kudos to Ms. Wissal and the reception staff. We had a wonderful time at this hotel.

The reception team at Sheraton Khalidiya Abu Dhabi gave us a particularly warm welcome, and I’d like to thank "Miss Wisal Jane & Mr. Abd Elbagi" for their professional service and cordial conduct. The location is very convenient, which made getting around each day easy and stress-free. Throughout my two-day stay, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Room service also maintained a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. I’d recommend Sheraton Khalidiya Abu Dhabi to both business travellers and other visitors. I look forward to returning with my family and for future business trips to Abu Dhabi.
