The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and the TV felt like it was there just for show. I was also charged an extra amount at the property, which I hadn't expected. The room and services fell short, and the prices didn't seem in line with what was provided. If you're hoping for somewhere cozy or even a bit of a standard, look elsewhere. This stay left me with premium regret and disappointment.

I paid by card for an online booking, but at the hotel they said only a different room was available and wanted more money. When I refused, they still took AED10 as tax and gave me no receipt. At checkout I was 30 minutes late, at 12.30 in the morning, and they asked for AED50 more. Nothing about the place was good. I won't return, and OYO should remove hotels with this kind of bad behavior from its list.

We paid a good price for a stay that turned out to be a mistake. The rooms were old, dirty and muddy, the bathroom floor leaked, and there were no basic amenities. The refrigerator didn't work, supposedly as a COVID measure, which seemed like a terrible use of that excuse. Nearby people couldn't even point us toward the hotel. They wanted to keep our original passports for the whole stay, even though a simple copy should have been enough. Then, at 1 AM on our first night, the owner opened the main door without permission and asked us to share a room with someone. It was the worst experience of my life, absolutely horrible. If you're on a very tight budget, stay in a hostel instead. This place isn't worth staying in.

My flight was delayed by six hours after a 14-hour journey, and when I reached Dubai I found an email saying my booking had been cancelled. I had booked and confirmed, and was left arriving in the evening with nowhere to go. They said they cancelled because they couldn't reach me by text or phone, but I was on the plane. I was lucky to have checked my email at all. The confirmation request was already annoying and unnecessary, especially since they used email forms most clients no longer support. Still, the manager was kind and things worked out fine. I had to pay an extra 10 dirham in cash, though I'm not sure whether that's normal.
