The staff, especially Cyril and Amal at reception, were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is good value, with taxis to anywhere in AD available at reasonable prices, plus local restaurants and a small souk nearby. It’s also close to the stunning Grand Mosque. The beach facilities were good, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The beach itself is pleasant, though it’s on a river, so the water is less appealing than the sea. I also recommend Chi Spa, about five minutes away on foot. I had massages and a facial with Pang, and the treatments were amazing. You can spend time there too.

Nancy gave our staycation a warm start and kept the check-in smooth, always going beyond what was needed. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, while the restaurant served delicious food. Room service was prompt, which made relaxing easy. Friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and good dining left us feeling refreshed and grateful. We’re already looking forward to returning.

I really enjoyed the large, modern room and its comfortable layout. Dinner at the restaurant by the beach was also a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Traders Hotel is near the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which I walked to one morning because the weather was perfect. Souk mall is close too, and its indoor canal beside the waterway is especially nice. For me, this was a five-star experience at a very good hotel from the Shangrila group.

Our Valentine’s Day stay was comfortable and relaxing. The room was very spacious, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast offered an impressive range of food, and the staff stayed attentive and helpful throughout. The hallways look slightly old, but they were still tidy and clean. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it. 💜
