Zahid, the housekeeping manager, deserves a special mention for taking care of everything so attentively. We were upgraded to a better room and given access to the Executive Lounge, and they surprised me with balloons on the bed, a birthday cake, and a stunning bouquet of roses. I was speechless. I celebrated my birthday at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and it felt perfect from the start, with so much care in the details. Breakfast had a huge variety and everything was delicious. The staff were always smiling and upbeat, with genuinely great service. The pool and private beach area were incredible, with direct access and everything very convenient. We especially liked the adults-only pool. There was even a DJ on Saturday, which made the atmosphere better. I’d definitely come back. 🤍

Ruslan in the Executive Lounge made our visit especially easy with our small baby. He brought a baby chair, sanitized the surfaces our baby touched, and stayed attentive to what our family needed. He was also welcoming throughout, with a great choice of juices and other drinks. His care and professionalism made the stay memorable.

Ms. Rutuja made me feel welcome from arrival at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. She was kind and professional, greeted guests with a real smile, and handled requests quickly so everything felt smooth and comfortable. Her care made a real difference to my stay. Our 25th wedding anniversary stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeriah felt like being part of the Hilton Family. The team surprised us with complimentary breakfast, and Front Office Manager Pooja came by to wish us well and take a photo with us alongside the Front Desk Team. We have since joined Hilton Honors, and whenever we visit Dubai, this is where we plan to stay. The room was always fresh and clean, and Housekeeping left a lovely anniversary presentation. Reception checked us in quickly, with Rotuta being especially amazing. Charity was wonderful serving us at the pool, and TraderVics was amazing too. The Valet team took great care of our hire car, found a perfect spot in front of the hotel, and opened the doors as soon as we arrived. Ramadas, the Valet Team leader, stood out in particular. By far our favorite hotel in Dubai, right on The Walk.

The team surprised us for the birthday with a family suite upgrade, bed decorations we hadn't asked for, and a cake. We were delighted by the welcome from Ms yvette and Mr Tejhan, and the balcony gave us one of the best views of ain dubai. We were 3 adults staying for 2 nights at JBR beach. The room had plenty of space and comfortable beds. The beach club and food were amazing, as usual. The hotel has a great view of ain dubai and palm jumeirah beach. A lovely family or couples staycation, and we hope to return soon.
