The apartment was clean, the location is good, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Still, the bare-bones kitchen setup and a mix-up in the accommodation details took away from our stay. The 2nd-floor apartment had none of the basics like salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning cloths, or a dish brush, and the kitchen equipment was very limited. The frying pans were old and need replacing. Compared with other serviced apartments in Dubai Marina, it was poorly equipped. Before traveling, check that the tower name, address, and location in every message match your original Booking.com reservation. Shortly before our arrival, messages referred to a different tower. We caught the discrepancy in time by checking the address carefully. Yacht Bay Tower is generally okay, but it didn't feel like a five-star experience.
