Silkhaus Marina Rise Towers

The building itself is very good, but the property management team is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in UAE. I’ve been living here since 2022, and even the call center doesn’t reply. Unfortunately, the team handling the property is extremely poor.

This is easily the best location, and I highly recommend it. I’ve lived on reem island since 2017 and stayed in different towers, so I have something to compare it with. The quality here is amazing. The kitchen has no blockage, unlike the many problems I had in other towers, and there’s no smell in the bathroom. Of course, it also depends on how you look after it. By the way, FAB properties is not handling it anymore.

I’ve been in the building for almost 4 years and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious, the location is perfect, the corridors are very clean, and maintenance responds well. There are also Life guards on the pool and everything else I need. I really don’t want to move out.

The recurring wall problems have made this apartment unacceptable. There are paint cracks and mold/fungus in every corner. I first reported it when I moved in, but after the walls were repainted three times since July, the same issue returned weeks later each time. I’ve emailed FAB Properties and contacted the maintenance team, yet there has been no solution or reply. Customer care simply tells me to submit a formal complaint, which is quite funny. As of 21/02/2024, the wall problem was still unchanged. I also added a photo showing a fault with the main electricity circuit. It causes frequent power outages that spoil food in the fridge, and the maintenance team has not managed to fix it. I’m very worried about the building’s safety. Would you be happy with your home looking like this?
