I’m a resident, and the building is beautiful and well maintained, with a wonderful pool and gym. The location is very peaceful, in a community dominated by villas, right beside a park and a school.

I’ve been living in this house for about a year and like everything about it. It’s calm and quiet. There are two small parks with children’s playgrounds nearby, and a large park eight minutes away. Circle Mall is a fifteen-minute walk or just five minutes by car.

Getting to Binghati Mirage JVC is easy from E311 and E44, and the gym and pool are both spacious. The maintenance is excellent too. It’s a wonderful addition to Binghati Group, and the project was handed over ahead of schedule. Mr Mahmoud Building In charge deserves special credit for the tremendous work he puts into keeping the property a great place to live.

The apartments are big, and the building is very clean.

Queen of Sands findings suggest that upper-floor two-bedroom apartments with an open view corridor keep buyers’ and renters’ attention longer. The clean lines and bright living rooms are easy to furnish. Pablo from Queen of Sands
