Ms. Albina at Reception and Mr. Rabin from Guest Services made our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal especially memorable. Ms. Albina handled our arrival with warmth and professionalism, while Mr. Rabin was consistently courteous, attentive, and happy to help. Their care, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile showed throughout our stay. The whole team was kind and provided excellent service. Thank you for making the experience so special, we look forward to coming back and would gladly recommend this hotel.
10/10
The concierge team, especially Christley, helped us with everything we needed, and Camille from the Ritz Store was just as helpful. Phoo from housekeeping also stood out, she’s amazing. From check-in through departure, our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi was wonderful. We actually wished we had spent more of our Eid holiday here instead of at ourth previous hotel. There were so many fantastic amenities that we’re already looking forward to returning.

The Villa was superb, and we had an amazing few days at this hotel. I’m a big fan of RC, and the facilities were excellent, with a very safe location and service that made us feel like royalty. When the conflict on Feb 28th started, Reagan and his team found rooms for us. The Concierges also helped us work out how to finally contact Emirates and get home. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel.

The rooms were exceptional, the spa was peaceful, and every restaurant and snack bar served delicious food with plenty of diverse, authentic choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi and were made to feel like old friends from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to the staff, as well as the marketing team and their director, Ashil. They helped arrange our first family photoshoot around the beautiful grounds and interior. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The Swenson Family

The people here made the biggest impression on us. Akiq showed us around and surprised us with our favorite chocolate dates, while Niquil always played rock-paper-scissors with my son. You can really feel how much heart they put into their daily work. The rooms, guest service, pool, restaurants, and especially the kids club all left us speechless. The restaurant offered more variety than I’ve ever had, including different local cuisines. The kids club was fantastic too, with an outdoor trampoline, swing set, chess area, and splash pad, plus an even better indoor space. I honestly wished I could’ve been a kid here. We’ll definitely be back.
