OSKENA Vacation Homes - Damac Maison Cour Jardine

The views of the Dubai Water Canal were beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely, but it was the people who made our week so memorable. Ahmed at the front desk welcomed us warmly and paid attention to every detail, making sure we felt cared for from the start. Jamal brought the same kindness and upbeat energy to every interaction, always ready to help with a smile. My wife and I had a relaxing stay from arrival through checkout. The whole team showed the kind of hospitality that makes the St. Regis brand stand out. We'd happily come back, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

The bedrooms could use more lighting, and the breakfast felt too simple for a five star hotel. Those are my only criticisms. The rooms are wonderfully spacious, the details are thoughtful, and the service is superb. Anthony at the Concierge desk gave us incredibly kind suggestions, and Sanjay provided first rate service in the breakfast area. Apart from those two points, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thanks again for a fantastic stay.

Jeff Soco from the guest experience team deserves a special thank you for being so prompt and attentive to detail. The whole staff went out of their way to look after me, and that made this one of the best stays I've had. The rooms were amazing, and the food and facilities were 10/10. I highly recommend the St Regis Downtown Dubai for a visit to Dubai.

I was only there for a 20 hour layover, but it was amazing. Everything was very clean and contemporary, from the room to the bathroom and shower. The service, from the front desk to room service, went above and beyond. And that bed felt like a cloud. I'd definitely stay here again.
