The separate seating area in each room was my favorite feature, giving us somewhere comfortable to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms are surprisingly large and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a little old and some parts show it, it is well maintained and offers strong value if you want space and comfort instead of modern luxury. I’d recommend it to families or anyone who likes roomy accommodation.

We booked two rooms and had a very pleasant stay. The housekeeping team provided excellent service, making this one of the best hotel management experiences I’ve had, even for a 1-star property. Rosun, the lifeguard, also helped us at the pool, which I appreciated.

The front desk staff were friendly and approachable, and their service was good. Unfortunately, parking was a major problem, and we spent much of the night searching for a space. The room itself was quite large, but the bed made a lot of noise as soon as it was used, as if it might give up, and the bedsheet was far too short. The iron I requested for my shirts also didn’t work.

We arrived for a reservation my colleague had made for her daughter’s birthday at 9pm, only to be told that the arrangements had changed at the last minute. We were put in a different room and informed that all guests had to wait until 11pm. What kind of service is that? The customer service was inattentive and completely unprofessional.
