Residences by TIME Ruby

The spacious, clean room had great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere, and the complimentary room upgrade made it even more comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Halim for that. The whole team was courteous, professional, and attentive from check-in through check-out. We really appreciated the warm hospitality, had an excellent stay, and would gladly come back.

The housekeeping team keeps everything neat and tidy, and they’re polite and responsive whenever something is needed. The front office staff are welcoming too, especially Mehmood, who is friendly, polite, and quick to help. He makes check-in and the everyday details easy, always greeting people with a smile. I’ve been staying at Time Ruby Hotel Apartments for almost a year and I’m still here, which says a lot about the comfortable, clean place and helpful staff. My only small suggestion is improving the pest control, since cockroaches sometimes appear. Apart from that, I’m really happy with my stay.

Habid has been cleaning my room for the past few weeks, and I really appreciate how attentive and efficient he is. The cleaning staff in general do a very good job. Even though the hotel is in an older building, it has been kept very well-preserved through good maintenance. Thank you.

Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were also very courteous and efficient. I especially want to thank Staff specifically Habib Shaikr, who was very honest and supportive. I had a great stay and would be happy to return on my next visit.
