Al Helao farm Villa

The place was spacious and the pool was good, although its water needs to be changed more often. The rooms weren’t clean and the property needs proper maintenance. There was no WiFi available.

This farm house works well for a private family gathering, especially with a big group. You get a pool, space for a long night of BBQ, and plenty of privacy. It’s best not to expect hotel level cleanliness and neatness because it is a farm house. The facilities made us very happy and satisfied, although the price I paid was very high.

The villa has potential, but it needs work on both cleanliness and furniture. The bed sheets were dirty, the beds weren’t comfortable, and the pool wasn’t clean. The AC was hot and wasn’t working properly, although Mr Kawther called a technician who came by evening. It was still good in some ways, but a few changes could make it much better.

I visited with 11 friends and wouldn’t recommend the place because it isn’t worth the money. The property is run down and needs major maintenance and refurbishing. Water was leaking in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen lacked basic equipment such as a kettle and microwave. The bed sheets and pillow covers didn’t look freshly changed. Luckily, we had brought our own pillows and sheets. The place has potential if the owners read the reviews and make the improvements it badly needs.
