Dream Palace Hotel Ajman

The location, courtesy, treatment, and warmth were all missing during our stay. We were there for barely 12 hours, and it was our first visit, but it will certainly be our last. For what we paid, the service was literally below zero. The bathroom had been overflushed, and the shower water was not hot. After we reported this, reception moved us to room 501, but the water there still wasn’t warm enough. That bathroom also looked as if previous guests had already used it. Checkout was even more humiliating. We were kept standing at reception and treated as though we had stolen towels. When they checked room 601 again, the towels were exactly where they should have been, yet nobody apologized. I strongly recommend against staying here.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the check-in process went smoothly. I felt the stay was good value for money. Special thanks to Ms.Rose from F&B for her kind service and for making my day special. I’ll be visiting this hotel again soon.

I’ve been coming here regularly since mid 2023, and I always feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and respectful, to the point that I’ve gotten to know many of them by their first names. They really make the place feel like home. This lovely hotel is tucked into the historical area of old Ajman, next to the famous Cornu h, Ajman museum, and Gold Souq. It’s my staycation choice when I want a break from busy cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Prices in Ajman are generally good, especially in this area. Book ahead if you’re planning a trip, though, because this place tends to be in higher demand.

The check-in was very quick, and the welcome from Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Fritzie at reception was genuinely warm. It was an amazing stay, and I’m very thankful for their kind hospitality.
