I stayed at Reef Hotel Apartment in Ajman from 31/01/2026 to 01/02/2026, and the condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing. It was dirty and dusty when I checked in, with furniture that looked very old, worn, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The property also looked nothing like the photos and did not meet basic hotel-apartment standards. The reception experience was just as bad. The two female receptionists, particularly the lead receptionist, were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They were not helpful with the problems and only made the situation more frustrating. The room was absolutely not worth the money. I regret staying there and would not recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very unreasonable and made a poor impression. The owner should consider changing the staff to improve the business.

The staff were not good, and the customer care was poor. I had a bad experience because of their behavior. The hotel management also did not handle things well.

The price was great, the service was good, and the rooms and accommodation were grand. The staff were accommodating too.

The receptionist was very rude, and the room smelled dusty. The screen remote barely worked, which made the stay very frustrating.
