Pyramisa Hotel Apartments

Mehdi did an excellent job with the cleaning at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments. He was kind, polite, and professional, and his attention to detail showed in how thoroughly everything was cleaned. He kept a positive attitude and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. His work made a real difference to our stay, and he deserves recognition. Thank you, Mehdi.

Good value for money, and the receptionists were polite, helpful, and professional. Jolly at reception was especially courteous, professional, and good at solving problems. The laundry process was the main negative part of my stay. It's really bad and needs to be changed or removed.

The team here is so friendly, and everyone I met in housekeeping was kind and ready to help. Abhai was especially thorough and efficient, always smiling when helping out. The reception staff were welcoming too, and requests got a quick response. It’s a great place for a family, with good facilities and plenty of space in a quieter neighbourhood. This was my second stay at Pyramisa, and they’ve kept up a high standard.

Ahmed got our luggage to the car really quickly, and Julia and Shaban did a lovely job getting things ready for my BD. The room was spotless and just the right size. I had a really good experience staying with you, and I’m grateful to all the staff who helped us.
